Concrete Jungle

It appears I need to redevelop my road legs. 6 miles on the treadmill does not equal 6 miles in an urban setting.

Also, treadmill does not account for crosswalks, asshole drivers, or strong coffee catching up with my stomach and forcing me to stop at a gas station to take a bad poop on the way back. That last part didn't really have to do with the treadmill, but still.

Anyway, I'm so glad people always ever want gift cards now. I finished a good two thirds of my shopping yesterday alone.

In other news. I watched "Food Inc." and am now unable to eat meat unless I know where it comes from and if the company that produces is ethical about the treatment of the workers, the animals, and the product itself.

Basically I'm gonna be mostly vegetarian at this point on. Good thing I love vegetarian food.
