On a positive note:

Last Sunday I got in my longest complete run of 11 miles. In three weeks, I should be able to complete 13.1 miles. By October, I want to be able to do 13.1 in 2:00 or under.  Long term goal: 13.1 in 1:30, but good lord, that is going to take some serious fucking work. Its a good thing I'm fucking out of my mind.

 

I'm running mile repeats at 9min each, so I'm hoping within the next four weeks to drop at least 20-30 seconds from that pace. 

 

Its two hours or bust, bitches.
