Anything else while you're at it?

So two days before my family needs to find a new home to live in because of foreclosure/eviction on their current home, my jackass stepfather gets assed on booze on weed and attempts to kill some people down the street with a fucking machete. Sure, the guys provoked it, but my stepdad is a fucking idiot and is now in jail, while my mom and little brothers have nowhere to go.


What bothers me most is both my brothers saw the whole thing. I'm just glad his drunk ass is most likely detoxing in the worst way in a cold hard jail cell where he can't keep feeding my 14 year old brother weed and endangering the lives of my family. Apparently he put the kids on the back of a truck and was driving drunk on the freeway. This is only one example of his jackshit behavior.


Now my mom needs to find a place to stay that she can afford. Sadly she's likely to be fired by her new current boss within the next 90 days because he's a powertripping egomaniac.


I'm keeping them over for the night, because it is not safe for them to stay where they were. The people down the street have already threatened them in response to what my idiot stepfather did. The boys need to be pulled out of school and moved into another one because the children of those people go to the same one and have already threatened my brothers as well.


I don't know what to do to help. I wish I had more space here so I can keep them.
