ifhy changes

With all the new profile stuff done there's still some minor enhancements I would like to make soon.

  • new blog post activity to your wall
  • new friend activity
  • new hated by activity
  • original poster of a popular message board thread
  • high win at slots / stealing money
  • redo of comments on photos
  • remove mail(inbox) notifications of stealing money and rely on member wall posts for both involved
  • urls in comments are not linking
