so my last blog
I did end up talking to that customer on the phone, and he was actually a nice guy. Turns out he had a vision problem and just didn't want to spend a lot of time on the computer going back and forth. He could have just said that up front... but whatever.
And he was an out-of-town bears fan too. Gotta love it.
