Got up, put some veggie burgers in the oven, ran down to the convenience store and got Cherry Coke, Cheezits, Cheese Fries and a Yoohoo.

I always use being sick as an excuse to eat garbage. This stops now.

Oh, and a Nestle crunch bar.

They are Chesters Chili Cheese Fries. Not bad.

I'm planning on going all raw for the rest of the week. I always feel so fucking good when I do that. Now that spring has shown up here in Little Rock its time to get the fuck up out of the house. Spring cleaning for my body.

Ohhhhh, I take back my comment. I thought you meant REAL cheese fries. I feel really good when I go raw but I can never keep it up because I don't get enough of everything and then I start feeling terrible.

I've never tried the raw thing. It would be a tough thing to do in a house full of guys and a girl who strictly eats fast food.

I can realistically only do it if I eat at work. Which I'm not off until thursday so, no prob.

I'll eat big ass salads, maybe with a little goat cheese.

Hm. Think you can give me an idea of what your diet looks like for a week? Maybe since I'm at work mon-fri I could actually pull this off.

Well, the rest of the week if I eat lunch at home it will probably be carrots and hummus. Maybe I'll pick up lower sugar fruits and juices for smoothies, blueberry, acai, almond butter, agave.

For dinner I have a full salad bar to pick and choose from, my standard salad is spinach and field greens, strawberries, red onion, chick peas, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, a little feta and our lemon garlic vin.

If I am still hungry after work I drink whiskey.

I'm trying to cut out bread, pasta, rice and other carbalicious things but it's so hard. I'm trying to use it all up and fill my pantry/fridge with less carbs.

No carbs is so bad for you though!

And going no-carb makes you cranky and forgetful.

Ugh, just do the old testament diet.....fruits, veg, whole grains, nuts, fish and chicken. No dairy, no white bread, no processed sugar. The carb thing is idiotic.

It takes practice, like everything else. I guess I just don't believe in swearing off a food group at all. They're all pretty important. Swearing off carbs will only make you want them even more, and you'd probably binge on them when you get the chance.

I just don't give myself the option. I stopped bringing my debit cards and cash with me at work. I pre-buy all my breakfasts/lunches and they're all portioned so I'm pretty much fucked if I want anything else. But, it keeps me from overdoing it.

This is pretty much ideal, I think.

Low fat yogurt is okay, but you can make yourself lactose intolerant like I did.

That happened for you? It actually did the reverse for me. I'm able to handle dairy better now that I did one cup of nonfat yogurt a couple times a week.
