I was gonna go see it tonight, but it runs too long. It'll run over the start time for Memento, which I want to see tonight, so I have to postpone, damn it.

I've seen commercials for it that said it was a cross between The Matrix and 007. Or something. That made me instantly NOT want to see it.

I'm going to have to hear about a shit ton more good reviews to change my mind.

They're just trying to sell it to idiots who want action and special effects.

I know nothing about the movie, though. I do know, however, that if the Matrix and James Bond were turned into a film, the world would end fucking instantly; so it can't be that bad, since we're still alive.

the only matrix comparison that can be drawn (and i actually like the first matrix movie) is the fact the fighting and effects were amazing not unlike what people raved about in the matrix over 10 years ago.

all i can say is if you liked memento then there's no reason you wouldn't like this movie. and i loved both.

I watched Inception today. It wasn't quite what I was expecting. I liked it for what it was, but I was really expecting there to be some more surreal dream like stuff.
