Last night I was sitting on a stone wall with a friend and happened to look down as a tiny, brown bat climbed into a niche in the stones, he was the size of a mouse and so damned CUTE! We sat there watching it for almost an hour. This is the first time I've seen one up close and personal like that, I want one.

Bats are awesome. I went to a book signing at a library and a bat flew inside the building and flew all over in there, swooping at the heads of everyone in line. It was cool.
