i haven't been swimming at all this summer. if i had the room for a kiddie pool, my ass would be in it drinking some boxed wine or something just as trashy.

Good god that would be nice.

The thermometer has been parked at 88F for 2 weeks.
I realize that for some of you stateside that's not really that bad, but we're also getting stupid high humidity every day which is making it feel more like 100F. My lungs feel like they're filling with water every day. The only benefit is the gardens love this greenhouse type climate. Everything is growing or blooming like crazy.

You'd think an Escalade would be able to get out of a hole like that. But, yeah, humidity sucks.

Not my garden. Too much sun and not enough rain is wilting and killing everything.

At first I was wondering why Feck posted the pic of the earth swallowing the Escalade in this thread. Then it dawned on me. The earth is fighting back against global warming by eating SUVs. Fuck.

Jokes on the earth though because that fucker had just been gassed up and the engine was running for at least a few hours after that pic was taken.
