So, I ceased going to the gym while I was working my bar job for the past month and a half....late nights till 3am and too much drinking wiped me out and completely sucked my will to live. Now I am no longer working in Czech hell and have dried out nicely, finally went back to the gym today and I am completely at square one...again.
